    Description

Three (3) scarce early original vintage press photographs show the “Aussie” troops preparing for war.
Views show “AUSSIES ON THE MARCH” headed to Sugarloaf Creek, Volunteer troops of the Second A.I.F. leaving on a troops ship from Pyrmont, and mock attacks in Sydney testing the readiness of the National Emergency Service.
Photographs measure 7 x 9 inches and are in excellent condition with no bends, tears, or creases and the images are very sharp and have strong tones with good contrast and clarity. Backs have information mentioned above.
