This is a

4 Roughneck Rubber Handle Guards for Sledge or Maul. They are in unused
condition. Each one is made from a durable rubber and measure 3 1/2" x 2  7/8" x 1 1/2". Use hot water to slip on. Inside measures about 1 9/16" x 15/16" to fit regular size maul handles.
