    Description

This bayonet was manufactured in October 1910 ( 10, 10) by RSAF Enfield (EFD) in England and was refurbished by SAF Lithgow in Australia in April 1946 (4.46 mark on the pommel) where it had the hand grips replaced and hooked quillon removed.  It was then reissued to the British Army with the BHG 1945 mark on the scabbard.
